Job Title: Outside Sales Associate – Building Materials & Lumber Sales
Join Zarsky Building Supply as an outside sales professional and grow your career in building materials, lumber sales, and construction supply. Work directly with builders, contractors, and developers to drive B2B sales, manage accounts, and close deals on high-value building projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 15–30 client accounts in lumber sales and building materials.
  • Prospect and cold call for new business in the construction industry.
  • Visit job sites, read blueprints, and prepare accurate material take-offs.
  • Provide estimates, special orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and maintain strong contractor relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Preferred 2+ years of outside sales experience in lumber, building materials, or construction supply.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BisTrack experience a plus.

Compensation & Perks:

  • First 9 months: Semi-monthly base salary during onboarding.
  • After 9 months: 100% commission based on gross profit of assigned accounts.
  • Monthly car allowance + expense reimbursement.
