Description This is an Outside Sales Position with a primary focus of selling and supporting our Distributor, Contractor, Engineer and Manufacturer partners in the Plumbing, HVAC and Water Treatment Industries. Requirements • Manage relationships with current and potential Wholesalers, Engineers, and Contractors • Delivering articulate presentations to customers regarding the products we represent is crucial. This includes learning and explaining the technical aspects of the products we sell. • Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to the manager. • Collaborate with other departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly. • Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Thorough understanding of technical products to be sold. • Organized with attention to detail. • Being a reliable and great teammate is important in this role and in this company. We ask that you be a humble person who understands that the team will always come before the individual. • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Clean driving record and a reliable car Education and Experience: • High School diploma Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. • 25% travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required.
