This is a $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission role with a clear path to $100K+ for high performers. What You’ll Own * Close warm inbound leads (INB) * Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships * Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions * Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses * Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities * Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets This is a field-based role, you’ll control your schedule, manage your pipeline, and drive your results.
