Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: MINOT - MINOT, ND 58701 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day The Outside Sales Support position is a developmental role designed to prepare individuals for a full District Sales Consultant (DSC) position. This role supports sales coverage across a designated district by working alongside multiple DSCs, providing vacation and absence coverage, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities. The Outside Sales Support position will gain hands-on experience with customers, internal teams, and Cash-Wa systems while learning best practices. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term sales career with Cash-Wa Distributing. RESPONSIBILITIES Work directly with an assigned district to support customer relationships and sales initiatives Provide vacation and temporary coverage for DSCs, including customer visits, order management, and issue resolution Learn and execute Cash-Wa’s sales process, pricing structure, and promotional execution Collaborate with Business Development, Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support customer needs Maintain accurate customer notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking in company systems Develop working knowledge of customer segments including restaurants, healthcare, education, casinos, C-stores, and hospitality Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and ride-alongs as assigned Always Uphold Cash-Wa’s service standards and customer-first mindset TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Structured on-the-job training with experienced DSCs Exposure to multiple territories, customer types, and selling styles Ongoing coaching and performance feedback Clear pathway to a District Sales Consultant (DSC) role based on performance and business needs Qualifications Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned district required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficient with basic technology (CRM, email, ordering platforms) Food service, hospitality, or distribution experience preferred Customer service, sales, or account management background preferred Why Choose Cash-Wa?
