JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Territory Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our client’s customer base and increase revenue within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s products, services, and industry trends
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and develop a strategic sales plan for each account
  • Conduct prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
