Present solutions and estimates clearly, including pricing, scope, and financing options. Close sales by building trust and demonstrating product and service value. Maintain strong follow-up on open estimates, leads, and customer inquiries. Achieve monthly sales targets and track performance metrics in CRM/software. Collaborate with dispatch, installation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all job files, pricing, and financing align with company standards and policies. Stay up to date on product knowledge, local plumbing codes, and market trends. Provide a five-star customer experience, from first contact to post-sale follow-up. Participate in ongoing sales training and contribute to team growth goals. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license, clean record. In-home sales experience preferred. Strong communication and people skill. Comfortable working independently and meeting goals. Tech-savvy with CRM/sales tools. Able to access attics, crawlspaces, and work flexible hours. Professional, organized, and eager to learn.
