Outside School Hours Care - Regional Coordinator
Location: Region Cluster-based in and around Brisbane
Salary: $80,000 – 85,000 (Package includes Super). Additional travel allowance is also applicable.

Position Overview: This is an exciting entry level role for an aspiring manager of people and programs. We’re looking for a person with a “Can Do” attitude and a solution-focused approach.
As a Regional Coordinator you’ll be responsible for coordinating and visiting a small cluster of OSHC services in and around Brisbane. Once a month you’ll be required to travel to Melbourne for training, professional development and networking with supportive and fun colleagues. This position requires travelling by own car.
Successful applicant must be wiling to commit to an internal and external management training program.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to travel within the region clusters as needed.
  • A reliable Vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a small cluster of OSHC services.
  • Manage service coordinators staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
  • Monitor service quality and provide support to resolve any issues or challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between parents, educators, and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to service teams, provide a positive and collaborative work environment.
