• Greeting golfers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Providing information on tee times, course conditions, daily rules, and promotions (such as Deerfield Pub specials)
• Supplying scorecards, pencils, and relevant rules to players
• Monitoring and managing pace of play while communicating with the Golf Shop and beverage cart as needed
• Patrolling the course to ensure only authorized guests are using the facilities
• Tracking golf cart and rental equipment use, and cleaning/ maintaining accurate repair records
• Ensuring cleanliness of golf carts, starter booth, and course areas
• Supporting opening and closing procedures, including preparing carts, restocking supplies and emptying garbage’s on the course.
• Assisting with tournament setup and event duties
• Reporting any concerns, dress code violations, incidents, or accidents promptly
• Upholding Glen Arbour’s policies, procedures, and dress code
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managemen
