Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for Outside Services Attendants for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment dates are June - September. The Golf Operations Attendants are responsible for all aspects of Golf Operations providing members and their guests with the highest level of customer service and aesthetics through organization and tidiness. Responsibilities Include: * Assist in the set-up, cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the driving range * Assist in the prep and maintenance of the golf cart fleet, on a daily basis * Assist in the set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the golf cart staging area * Approach all encounters with Club Members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner * Respect all Members privacy, perspective, priorities, time and resources Position Requirements: * High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work * One to two years’ experience in customer service * Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills * Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment * Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings as required * Valid Class D Driver’s License * Clean driving record * Knowledge of golf is preferred, not required The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana. The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining the driving range and golf cart fleet while providing exceptional customer service to members and guests. This includes ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a courteous approach in all interactions.
