QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must possess outstanding guest services skills and communication skills
· Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Ability to focus attention on member and guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
· Must possess a Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Reporting to the Associate Golf Professional, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
· Greet and assist members and guests prior to and following their round of golf
· Effectively communicate with the golf team and other departments within the club to ensure members’ expectations are exceeded
· Clean clubs for all members and guests
· General cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts
· Set up, take down, and constant top up of golf balls on the Driving Range
· Assist in the organization and set up of golf tournaments under the direction of the Golf Shop Staff
· Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
· Follow all safety polices
· Other duties as assigned
