Description We are currently looking for a On-Call Outside Services Professional staff member to join our team at Quail West. Quail West is a leading private golf and country club that prides itself on providing world-class facilities for Members and their guests and an extraordinary and inclusive, yet unpretentious lifestyle. One of Southwest Florida’s most welcoming clubs, Quail West’s courses, facilities and services are shared by a limited number of members to enhance the quality of the member experience. The Outside Services Professional staff is the first point of contact for any member or guest. This position will be responsible for assuring that the members and their guests have consistent world class service. They will oversee the preparation and execution of daily play. They will serve as a golf ambassador and daily golf concierge for our membership and guests. This is a On-Call Pay Rate: $14.00/hour + Gratuities! Why Join the Quail West Team? Job Tasks / Primary Duties Store golf bags in the correct bag stall in the bag room Load golf bags onto golf carts for daily play or tournaments Stage golf carts in the golf staging area in an organized manner Greet members and guests at the bag drop as well as provide a friendly farewell to departing golfers. Communicate in a professional manner and tone with fellow staff across all departments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Relay important information to management staff including member/guest issues, work equipment not functioning properly, or staff misconduct. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in the golf business is preferred. Valid State issued Driver’s License. Meet all Federal and State Employment Eligibility guidelines. Must be able to stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or carry items that are at most 50 pounds.
