Outsourcing and Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Then get to know our client, a development bank for the distribution of public funds, located in the heart of the state capital, Magdeburg. As a service provider, they support the economy, the state, and the people of Saxony-Anhalt, for both public and private clients.

Your areas of responsibility:

• They actively support the bank's central outsourcing and ICT service management in accordance with MaRisk, BAIT and DORA.
• They advise and support the specialist departments in outsourcing projects and take care of the ongoing outsourcing management.
• They keep an eye on new regulatory requirements, analyze and evaluate them
• They assist the specialist departments with legal issues, particularly regarding banking supervisory law, capital market compliance and, if necessary, IT law.
• They support the IB's MaRisk compliance officer in his tasks and assist in the preparation of reports.

Your expertise:

• They have fluent German skills.
• You have completed training as a bank or savings bank specialist (m/f/d) or have completed a degree in business law or a comparable course of study.
• They bring sound knowledge and practical experience in the application of laws and regulations in outsourcing management.
• They have sound knowledge of contract law as well as risk management (MaRisk, DORA, EBA)
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the organizational structure and processes of a bank, but this is not a mandatory requirement.
