• Issue RFP’s to vendors as directed by Production Control Supervisor. For competitive bids, assemble quotes and prepare preliminary sourcing analysis
• Following issuance of PO’s and build plans, follow up weekly on status of all pending deliveries and escalate all schedule risks to Project Team
• Requisition and co-ordinate with Procurement with respect to all non-Engineered manufacturing items as directed by Tool Room, Electrical Shop, Fabrication & Machine Shop Supervisors
• Review and approve invoices for all outsourced manufacturing items
• Ensure all outsourced components are built to product specifications and meets Eclipse high standards of quality, reliability and safety
• Proactively recognize issues, initiate action, assist in problem solving and evaluate results on major issues
• Maintain profitability in the Eclipse assembly department
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned
• Liaise with mechanical engineering to assemble technical quote package for all outsourced items
• Ensure Scheduled milestones are met
• Update Open Issues List as required
• Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely

• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and or travel as required in varying timelines
• Ensure scheduled milestones are met; notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met
