Job Description As an Outsourcing Intern in our Barcelona studio, you will have the opportunity to support the coordination and follow-up of external art production for our games. Working closely with our Lead Artists, Art Directors, and Producers, you will help keep projects running smoothly while learning how large-scale game production operates in a professional environment. You will gain hands-on experience in tracking production progress, preparing briefs, and maintaining communication with external vendors, while receiving continuous guidance and mentorship from the team. Your daily missions may include: Monitoring the status of outsourced tasks and updating tracking documents. Reviewing brief materials before they are sent externally to ensure all required information is included. Communicating progress updates and flagging challenges proactively to the internal team. Liaising with artists and production leads to clarify needs, timelines, and priorities. Supporting day-to-day coordination to keep projects on schedule and avoid miscommunication. Qualifications Able to sign an internship agreement with your university. Good level of English for daily communication. Motivated, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools. Some familiarity with game production software (e.g., Photoshop, Substance, 3ds Max, Maya) is a plus. Interest in video games, digital art production, project management or similar fields.
