Description:

MISSION

We are looking for a Outsourcing Operations Coordinator to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and oversees a robust risk management control framework for internal third-party outsourcing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Guarantees that all outsourcing services are supported by an SLA or OLA and implements regular controls for SLA updates, while handles outsourcing invoices and maintains a comprehensive outsourcing dashboard for reporting.
  • Manages the review and updating of existing documentation, coordinates budget planning for managed services, and ensures all outsourcing agreements are properly archived in the repository.
  • Consolidates and produces Operations reports as needed, handling ad hoc requests from Operations Management.

Profile:

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or similar

    • 1 year in Project Management, Business Management or Banking Operations experience

    • Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Driven to team work
    • Fluency in English (mandatory)
    • Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
