Job Description Hiring Proposal Details: This proposal consolidates the manpower planning and hiring requests of 24 Outsourcing Plant Workers for Sika Vietnam’s Dong Nai Plant and Bac Ninh Plant, driven by + production volume increases + new operations – Sand Dry project + PVC compounds workshop + compliance with labor laws of overtime limits (not exceeding 200 hours per year) + and improve operational efficiency * Remarks: Plant Worker headcounts has been adjusted upward from the 19 outsourced roles approved by APAC/SEA leadership last year to accommodate the new requirements mentioned above.
