THE OPPORTUNITY

This position offers an outstanding career path for risk management professionals specialising in third-party and outsourcing risk. As a key member of the enterprise risk team, you’ll contribute significantly to protecting and enhancing our client’s third-party risk framework and oversight across diverse global operations.
We’re looking for an experienced individual with expertise in enterprise risk, particularly in managing vendor and third-party risks. The role involves working closely with multiple departments to ensure thorough risk assessment and control processes, providing critical insights and acting as a steward of best practices in third-party risk management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, offering expert guidance on third-party risk management across regions where the organisation operates.
  • Act as the gatekeeper of the Vendor-Managed Services Policy, ensuring alignment and compliance across the organisation.
  • Support the Outsourcing Committee, including secretariat functions, and assist engagement owners in assessing risk levels for vendor engagements.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on vendors, including assessing performance, operational controls, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on resolving issues identified during due diligence or audits.
  • Lead independent reviews to ensure adherence to vendor management policies, including monthly key risk indicator reporting.
  • Support broader enterprise risk management functions, such as risk assessments, root cause analysis of incidents, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to elevate risk awareness within the organisation.
