CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with our internal Operations team to configure and manage deployment pipelines (Dev, QA, Prod) via OutSystems LifeTime. Establish robust release management and version control policies. Team Mentorship & Code Review: Act as the subject matter expert and mentor for our internal Development and Ops teams who are new to OutSystems. Conduct regular code reviews, monitor the Architecture Dashboard, and ensure the team adheres to best practices. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of coaching and transitioning traditional developers into a low-code paradigm. Preferred Qualifications OutSystems Professional or Expert Developer certifications. Experience setting up or leading a Low-Code Center of Excellence (CoE). Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security protocols (SSO, Active Directory, OAuth).
