We count on you to manage an OutSystems complex factory while helping maintain the governance of the factory and the technical standards. You will ensure that the general architecture of the applications work in compliance with the defined strategies and established processes implemented in the OutSystems Factory.

• OutSystems factory governance and housekeeping strategy;
• Contribute on the definition of the architecture for new OutSystems solutions;
• Define and setup factory delivery processes;
• Perform platform preventive monitoring and support maintenance as well (IM & APM solutions, fine-tuning, component errors, OutSystems incidents, etc);
• Monitor and review new OutSystems developments, assuring that best practices are followed as defined;
• Manage, maintain and create reusable components across the factory;
• Plan factory rollouts, upgrades and specific tasks, not related directly to projects;
• Helps with strategy and the business, taking the right decisions;
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience working in IT;
• Experience managing OutSystems factories,
• Strong skills in Database Administration and Management;
• Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design and web application performance;
• OutSystems Platform Ops engineer Certification Is a plus
• Experience in dealing with partners and clients;
• Good skills at managing people and conflicts;
• Good communication skills;
• Outcome oriented with good organization skills;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory;
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus;
• Experience in the Health Sector - it’s a good plus;
• Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
