Principal Accountabilities: Ability to efficiently handle a high volume of transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing. Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping tasks to accurately capture transaction details. Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders. Stay updated on international payment methods and compliance regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and regulatory bodies. Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required. Role Requirements: Well-developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Solid work experience in an operations environment will be an advantage. Working experience in a similar role or within a financial institution will be an advantage. Strong lateral thinking capacity with excellent problem-solving skills. Be able to communicate clearly, work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
