We are a locally-run business specializes in crafting fresh, high-quality baked goods. Our bakery offers a variety of products, including bread, pastries, cookies, and other treats, often made with simple, homemade ingredients. We are focusing on creating an inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy freshly baked items.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in baked goods
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure, especially during busy times
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Physical stamina, as the role requires standing, lifting, and handling hot equipment
• A candidate looking for a long-term employment
• Ideally someone who has graduated and/or taking time off to commit to the work hours
• Clean and tidy appearance, while demonstrating professionalism
• Have positive attitude and energetic with good communication and listening skills
• Willing to accept coaching from the other bakers / supervisors
• Punctual, responsible and respectful
• A quick learner who can handle multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Able to follow directions with good work ethics
• Have their own transportation
  Experience is an asset but not necessary. We will provide full training.
  Part-time start, we are looking for someone to work 2 to 4 days a week including weekends around 6 hours a day (As you gain experience more working days will be achieved)
  Raises are common for those who are responsible, self-motivated, take initiative and commit to work hours and duties.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Primary task is to operate and monitor the industrial ovens to bake products according to recipes and baking times, ensuring proper texture, color, and consistency
• Inspect the final products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet food safety standards and are visually appealing
• Regularly check and adjust oven temperatures to ensure optimal baking conditions
• Involves working in a warm environment due to the oven temperature
• Clean the oven and surrounding equipment to maintain hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of products
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and safe operation of machinery
• Work closely with other bakers and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and timely production
• Also be learning other baking skills to help with the productions
• Requires working early morning depends on the production schedule (Start time 5:00 - 5:30 AM)
