Job Title: Security Officer Company: IronRock Security Location: Trenton, NJ Pay Rate: $17-17.50/hour Hours:12am-7am Position Overview: IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations at a warehouse in Trenton, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor access control points Conduct regular patrols of the residential property Write clear incident and daily activity reports Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately Requirements: Previous security experience required SORA License Access control experience required Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols) Strong communication and report-writing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must have a reliable means of transportation Compensation & Benefits: $17-17.50/hour Full-time and part-time opportunities available Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours IronRock pays 50% of the employee-only medical premium Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment Dental & Vision insurance available (company contributes to employee rate) 401(k) available after 1 year of employment IronRock matches 10% of employee contributions Supportive team environment and advancement opportunities To Apply: Submit your resume with relevant security and access control experience.
