We're seeking a future team member for the role of Data Management and Quantitative Analysis to join our team. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support the assigned area with advanced statistical and quantitative analyses under moderate guidance. Serve as a resource to colleagues with less experience. Run models, identify exceptions, and take corrective action as needed. Utilize technology tools to conduct analyses, applying techniques such as SQL querying and macro development to extract data for populating models. Maintain a strong understanding of relevant processes and products in the assigned area, and determine which analyses, methodologies, and approaches best support assessment of performance, risk, or valuation. Interpret findings and prepare initial drafts of standard reports. Prepare ad hoc reports at the request of managers and other leaders. Translate complex technical concepts and analyses for non-technical audiences. Review the accuracy of reports and calculations performed by less experienced colleagues. Provide guidance to junior analysts. Take primary responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your own work. Contribute to the achievement of team goals. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred. Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
