About the scope
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience Tower is part of Global Business Operations and covers a set of planning, forecasting & analytical activities that support business decisions and help understanding of overall financial health by combining financial, operational and external data in one place.
The Overhead Lead Analyst is responsible for end-to-end overhead cost management, leading annual planning, forecasting (O&R), and actuals reporting with clear variance analysis. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and global counterparts to deliver actionable insights, ensure financial compliance, and drive continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns daily overhead operations, ensuring alignment with internal controls and financial standards
• Leads accurate month-end closes and delivers timely, high-quality reporting using global systems and best practices
• Analyzes variances, identifies root causes, and communicates actionable Opportunities & Risks to support strategic decisions
• Partners with key functions (e.g., HR, Legal) to drive aligned planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Builds strong, collaborative relationships by providing timely support and insightful financial analysis
• Promotes audit readiness, ensures compliance with policies, and champions process improvement and innovation

About you

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 4–6 years’ experience in financial controlling, ideally in an international environment
• Strong FP&A and cost controlling expertise with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to build effective partner relationships
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI for advanced analysis and reporting
• Sharp analytical thinking with a strong grasp of business context
• Customer-focused, with sound judgment, prioritization, and continuous improvement attitude
• Reliable and accountable, delivering results with integrity and ownership
• Curious and growth-oriented, committed to learning and driving business value
