ROLE TITLE: Overheads Manager LOCATION: Pune/Offshore, India JOB PURPOSE: Are you ready to be at the heart of a transformative journey? We’re seeking a overheads manager to oversee all aspects of finance performance for our ERP deployment. This role is an exceptional opportunity to merge your expertise to monitor the cost of technology interventions and drive future growth. This role is a project role and will end as per the project timelines, which is likely by Jul’27, extendable up to Dec’27. RESPONSIBILITIES: End to end governance on overheads: accountable for running monthly governance to monitor and manage the state of health on key financial metrics. Lead performance reviews at team level, supporting project and tech teams to deliver the Overhead plan. Provide expertise and support in managing risks, taking unstructured business decisions, and flagging key issues/opportunities to promote accountability. Responsible for the budgeting and controlling overheads and support reporting for specific spend types. Conceptualize and implement Savings Ideas, model and new programs. Leverage technology to simplify and streamline process and drive productivity. Requirements Must have: Prior experience in commercial finance roles Proven ability to partner and influence business strategy Experience in core financial controlling and budgetary control Proven ability to innovate and manage change Nice to Have: Experience of building and leading teams Experience in CPG industry Experience in data science and complex data modelling What we offer: Whilst the role is advertised on a full-time basis, we would be happy to discuss possible flexible working options.
