WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Assistant Clinical Supervisor, you will work closely with the Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality, personalized care to our patients and clients, while also ensuring seamless operations within the department. You’ll lead by example, solve problems on the fly, and help create an environment of trust, respect, and collaboration across all departments.

YOUR LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Helping manage staffing levels to meet patient and client needs.
• Collaborating with departments to improve workflow and service delivery.
• Supporting team development through training and onboarding.
• Playing a key role in daily operations, performance reviews, and problem-solving.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring your team is set up for success.
• 90% hands-on technical work, 10% administrative oversight.

Clinical Duties:

• Triaging emergency patients and guiding clients through their visit.
• Assisting DVMs with diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitoring anesthesia and ensuring patient safety.
• Handling laboratory samples and using imaging technologies for patient assessment.
