OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Overnight Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about artisan baking, thrives in an early-morning environment, and can work independently to ensure high-quality baked goods are ready for our customers each day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous professional baking experience preferred, especially with sourdough and laminated pastries.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work overnight/early-morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

• Prepare and bake sourdough bread, English muffins, and a variety of pastries to company standards.
• Mix and shape doughs, ensuring consistency in quality and flavor.
• Start and maintain bread mixes for the following day.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
