Program Description: The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience. Position Title and Overview: FHC – Overnight Behavioral Health Tech Monitor the safety and well-being of clients throughout overnight hours, conducting regular checks and documenting observations in accordance with program protocols. Support clients in maintaining structure and routines by reinforcing program rules, providing redirection, and responding calmly to behavioral or emotional needs. Accurately complete documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, and any required logs before the end of the shift. Communicate effectively with the next shift and clinical team to ensure continuity of care and relay any concerns or incidents. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, including performing light housekeeping duties and assisting with morning routines as needed. Location and Travel Requirements: This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is occasional. Qualifications Position Requirements: Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required. High school diploma/GED. Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance. This position is shift work and shifts may include weekends, evenings, overnight, and holidays.
