Description When others sleep, you make a difference. Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers / Resident Aides to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for individuals who are calm, attentive, and committed to supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and engaging residential environment. At Parc Center for Disabilities, our mission is simple but powerful: to help individuals live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Overnight staff play a critical role in ensuring our residents feel secure, cared for, and supported through the night. Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide direct care and supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals Ensure each individual’s active treatment plan is followed Support residents with positive, engaging activities when appropriate Complete required documentation accurately and timely Maintain proper staffing coverage and communication during the shift Serve as a calm, reassuring presence to residents overnight Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and safety Requirements What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required) Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and approved behavioral intervention certifications (training provided) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Benefits Package: 10 Paid Holidays 18 PTO Days and 2 Personal Days Health, Dental, & Vision coverage and voluntary supplemental benefits including ShortTerm Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Life & AD&D Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan Other Requirements: Parc Center for Disabilities is a drugfree workplace Employees must pass a Level II background check This position requires screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
