Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Skills

  • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of the lobby, meeting spaces, fitness centre, pool, public washroom(s), restaurant and kitchen
  • Cleaning building exterior including the parking lot, parkade and changing garbages
  • Weekly and monthly deep cleaning projects as outlined by the leadership team
  • Processing laundry cycles as needed
  • Stripping rooms of used terry and linen as needed
  • Stocking Housekeeping cubbies with clean linen, terry and amenities
  • Respond to guest requests as needed throughout the shift
  • Required to wear a radio and ear piece during shift time
  • Setting up and tearing down meeting room set ups as required
  • Proper telephone management of answering calls & transferring calls
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures as outlined by Kelowna East Investments Ltd.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
  • Maintain a calm and welcoming demeanor while multitasking to handle guest interactions at the same time as your daily tasks
  • Address any guest concerns that are brought to attention, and ensuring they are passed on to the Night Lead or Front Desk Leadership team
  • Assists the Night Auditor(s) in handling of emergency situations
