As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist tenants and visitors with clear, professional communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a company or site vehicle to complete patrols and respond to requests. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines and other security-related policies. Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading docks and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or property concerns. Monitor entrances and controlled access points, verify identification and/or credentials when required, and document authorized access in accordance with post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting building management and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures. Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, hazards and unusual observations, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
