Job Description We are seeking reliable and organised individuals to join our Overnight Crew at our Bligh Park facility in South Windsor, Australia. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team during overnight hours. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly throughout the night shift, maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism. Complete assigned tasks and duties during overnight shift hours with attention to detail and efficiency Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to achieve daily operational objectives Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines Follow all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols Assist with stock management, inventory checks, or facility maintenance as required Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to management Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, ensuring consistent attendance during scheduled shifts Support the smooth handover of operations to the day shift team Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues when needed Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis Strong people skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Reliability and commitment to punctuality Attention to detail and organisational abilities Physical capability to perform manual tasks as required Basic communication skills Awareness of health and safety practices Willingness to follow company policies and procedures **Desirable Qualifications:** Previous experience working overnight or shift-based roles Experience in retail, logistics, hospitality, or facility management environments Forklift certification or similar operational qualifications Food handling certification (if applicable to the role) Customer service experience Experience with inventory management systems
