Description Direct Care Staff – Mental Health (Oceanside, CA) Be the difference in someone's mental health journey. Crownview is hiring Direct Care Staff to support adults with psychiatric disorders in a structured residential setting. Pay & Perks: $21.00-$22.00/hr + $1,000 sign-on bonus Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation (80 hrs), sick leave (40 hrs), 9 holidays, life insurance, EAP, tiered 401(k) match Paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team Schedule: 4X10 - 10pm to 730am Days off during the week; some flexibility required Location: Oceanside, CA – Must relocate prior to starting Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support clients in daily routines Help with transportation, appointments, and activities Document behaviors, assist with groups, and ensure safety Light housekeeping and life skills coaching Must be 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license and clean record ? Requirements: 1 year of mental health or caregiving experience preferred CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Pass background check, health screening, and TB test Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
