Responsibilities

As a Youth Mentor, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. You’ll lead nightly routines, keep everyone safe and secure through the night, and engage in light cleaning and laundry to get the building ready for the next day.

Responsibilities:

  • Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
  • Engage in cleaning and laundry, as needed
  • Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
  • Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Age 21+
  • Ability to pass background checks and physical
  • Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)

    EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
