POSITION SUMMARY:

The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift. This role provides excellent guest service, handles check-ins and check-outs, manages reservations, and ensures the safety and security of the property while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
