OVERNIGHT FRONT DESK ATTENDANT (OVERNIGHT SHIFT: THURSDAY–TUESDAY, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We seek a dependable and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest service during late hours and ensuring seamless overnight operations. The overnight Front Desk Attendant handles guest interactions, processes reservations and payments, and ensures our property—and our nearby sister property—remains safe, clean, and welcoming.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hospitality role
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and performing light cleaning and laundry tasks
  • Availability to work overnight shifts consistently, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in late-arriving guests in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries with professionalism
  • Manage all check-in and check-out tasks, including verifying payment information
  • Monitor hotel premises and conduct regular security checks, including at a nearby sister property
  • Keep laundry running smoothly throughout the night to support the housekeeping team
  • Tidy and restock common bathrooms and shared kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive overnight experience
  • Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions
  • Maintain detailed shift notes to keep the morning front desk team informed and up to date
  • Report any maintenance concerns promptly to ensure timely resolution
  • Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, and contact the appropriate authorities or agencies when necessary
