That’s where you come in. When you’re part of the Crowne Plaza brand, you’re more than just a job title, that’s why we’re looking for a Part Time (2 to 5 nights per week) Overnight Guest Service Agent who can make our guests’ hotel stay a seamless one they’ll always remember.

By day, international marketing superhero. By night: fluffy bath robe and a box set.
The moment a guest steps into our hotel, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a seamless experience… you’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience with Opera (PMS)
  • Computer savvy and particularly versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous
  • A passionate team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads
  • Ongoing 7-day availability to work overnight shifts (11pm-7am)
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • You must meet the legal requirement to work in Australia
