Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis, you are the face of our check in and check out experience, handling quest queries effortlessly.
  • Assist in auditing paperwork as directed by the Night Manager
  • Handling of guest enquires, as well as internal guest feedback and enquiries, in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests overnight, in the absence of senior management.
  • Be a local Melbourne Expert, share your experiences and knowledge with our guests
  • Respond to emergencies within the hotel, supporting the Chief Warden and First Aid Officer
