Job Description Overnight Guest Services Attendant First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Overnight Guest Services Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our guests and assist them throughout the night, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "turning moments into memories for our guests". This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning October 2025. Starting Rate of Pay: $23.50 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.90. Job Duties Include: Meeting and greeting guests, helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure. Provide parking options and safely parking any valet vehicles. Act as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner. Be knowledgeable of all hotel information including; hours of operation, promotions, menu selection, meeting facilities, guest room and rate structuring and current availability. Qualifications A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license with a clean record is required. Ability to drive standard is required. Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset.
