Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Overnight Guest Services Attendant.
Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Hourly wage: $20.00 - $22.00 plus eligible for $2 per hour overnight shift premium.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo by opening car doors and welcoming them to the hotel.
  • Assist guests in descending from their vehicles and help unload their luggage.
  • Redirect guest luggage to the respective guest rooms.
  • Assist in valet parking cars and occasionally drive the house car around Whistler.
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the town and its attractions.
  • Load luggage into cars for departing guests.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and more.
