As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure. What you will be doing: Conduct detailed inspections of corridors, and public spaces for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation. Ensure late-night guest requests are executed promptly and professionally. Oversee the proper handling, storage, and distribution of linens, amenities, and supplies overnight. Maintain awareness of hotel safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance during overnight operations. Communicate effectively with the morning housekeeping management team to ensure smooth handovers. Oversee deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor care, or other periodic projects typically scheduled during overnight hours. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example Additional Information Hourly Rate: $31.46 USD Your team and working environment: Come join the energetic and caring Housekeeping 'Ohana at the Fairmont Orchid.
