As a Baker your responsibilities will include:
· following operational standards for the preparation of product and operation of equipment
· Prepare all products as required including baked goods, donuts, pastries, breads, soups and other hot food items
· Maintain required product levels as per our Always Fresh standards
· Knowledgeable of Food safety including monitoring and documenting equipment and food temperatures, cleaning and sanitization, safe food handling, production tracking, product shelf life and rotation
· Receiving and storing orders weekly
· Supporting the Storefront team to provide an exceptional Guest experience
· Other duties as required
Requirements:
· be able to work baking shifts from 4 am-12 pm and 12 pm-8 pm
