In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during night hours by performing essential maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections. Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to minimize downtime Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues Complete minor repairs and coordinate with specialized technicians for complex problems Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and inventory of supplies Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with day shift personnel to address ongoing maintenance needs Assist in implementing energy-saving measures and sustainable practices What is in it for you: Paid time off Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K Complimentary shift meal Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further development Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!
