To be considered for this role, candidates MUST: Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture. Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members. Ensures hotel policies and procedures are followed to prevent fraud. Leads all aspects of auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions for all departments. Provides accurate and timely reporting to leadership ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service. Provides back up to support concierge or front desk agents as needed. Functions as the overnight front desk agent. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality. Responsibilities
