As a Overnight Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our fleet of landscape and snow removal equipment, ensuring all machinery is in working condition for year-round operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 310T certification, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, with heavy equipment experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues efficiently.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s G license, (DZ or AZ license is an asset).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed—especially during winter operations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of equipment, including trucks, plows, loaders, tria-axles, tandems, skid steers, excavators, salt spreaders, lawn mowers, trimmers, and other small engine machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, hydraulic repairs, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and operational before deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
• Work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Keep the shop area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
