The Overnight Monitor Tech (OMT) is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals residing in the residential and college programs throughout the nighttime hours (9:00pm-7:00am). They will monitor for alarms at central Station, provide support for individuals and dispatch additional support as needed and ensure that awake ON staff are alert and completing assigned responsibilities. The OMT will be responsible for becoming proficient with various hardware and software applicants used at Central Station. In addition to working at the Albany office this potential staff will also be spot checking houses. Responsibilities
The Overnight Monitor Tech is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in residential and college programs during nighttime hours (9:00pm-7:00am). This includes monitoring central station alarms, providing support, dispatching additional assistance as needed, and verifying that awake overnight staff are alert and completing their duties.
