If you’re ready to lead, support, and make a difference—even after midnight—apply today. Responsibilities Overnight Supervision & Safety Provide active overnight supervision of student dormitories. Conduct rounds every 30 minutes to ensure safety and accountability. Ensure all students are in their rooms, safe, and following program expectations. Address behavioral concerns, noise issues, or policy violations promptly. Escalate serious concerns to the Administrator on Duty as needed. Student Support & Engagement Build positive relationships with students through mentorship and guidance. Provide support during study hall (TOM/ASH) to reinforce accountability and time management. Counsel students and promote respectful behavior and community values. Program Coordination Collaborate with residential and instructional staff to ensure continuity of care. Assist with recreational activities, group meetings, and program events. Help plan and support special events, including the end-of-program banquet. Communication & Documentation Send a daily overnight report to administrative staff each morning. Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members. Participate in staff meetings and nightly check-ins. Operations & Environment Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe dorm environment. Assist with dorm setup, upkeep, and closing responsibilities. Ensure all program policies and expectations are consistently enforced. What You Bring Ability to stay alert, responsive, and dependable during overnight hours Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Comfort working with high school students in a residential setting A balance of structure, patience, and (yes) a sense of humor Ability to work independently while remaining part of a team Qualifications 0–3 years of related experience (youth work, residential programs, education, or human services) Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
