Our Temporary Shelter Care Facility (TSCF) offers a safe, nurturing space for youth in crisis, where healing begins and stability is restored. We are a team of passionate professionals working together to support children with compassion, structure, and hope. Job Description Do you thrive in dynamic environments and lead with heart and integrity? We’re looking for a Program Supervisor to join our TSCF team—a leader who can mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold the highest standards of care for youth in crisis. In this role, you will support a team of Residential Counselors, ensure smooth facility operations, and help children feel seen, safe, and supported during a critical time in their lives. It’s a hands-on leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact. We are currently offering a sign on bonus for this position. Eligibility and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.
