Description
Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a reliable and motivated Overnight Retail Store Shift Manager to oversee store operations during overnight hours. This role ensures excellent customer service, maintains store standards, and supports the overnight team to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Oversee overnight store operations, ensuring smooth business flow and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to maintain a productive work environment.
• Ensure high customer service standards, assisting customers and resolving any issues or complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory and restocking, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized for the morning shift.
• Handle cash management tasks, including balancing registers, processing transactions, and securing funds.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with employee training and performance management, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring store premises and addressing any safety concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial transactions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
