Your knowledge of the hotel and the technical skill you display when responding to Guest telephone calls will prove you truly are a Fairmont professional. As a Royal Service Agent, effective and engaging communication is the key when speaking to fellow Colleagues and Guests.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all external and internal calls either by redirecting calls or assisting the caller
  • Assist and distribute all SMS messages, emails, and voice messages for internal and external guests
  • Take ownership of guests’ requests/concerns and ensuring follow up according to the hotel’s standards
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, promotions, and special events
  • Maintain and monitor the “Royal Service” and other software systems
  • Be central communication for all of the hotel’s emergency procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
